PatientView’s servers were upgraded, 8-9 April, with 24h downtime, followed by some delays in updating results sent across the weekend. Apologies for the short notice, but we wanted to complete this before Easter. All seems to be running properly again, with faster server responses.
We’re very sorry for the delays in updating some results at the end of March, which were more severe than we thought. Preparations for this upgrading led to delays in picking up the seriousness of the problem.
